She really focuses on maintaining the health of your hair and continuing education to stay on top of new techniques and trends! I had an unfortunate situation with my tan and got really burnt right before my wedding and Nicole came to my rescue! She got me into red light therapy immediately and hooked me up with a spray tan artist in a matter of seconds. I came in with tears and she had all my problems solved within minutes. This is definitely THE place to get your tan. Everyone here is beyond helpful, truly cares about you, and wants to help you any way they can!

Haileigh did a fabulous job cutting my hair! I’m sometimes not the best at knowing what to do for my extremely straight hair, but she asked all the right questions and helped me get a clearer idea of what I wanted. She then did a wonderful job helping me transition from an asymmetrical bob to flowy layers that flatter my face and hair type as I keep growing my hair out. All the other staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend Beauty Bar to anyone!

I can not say enough about how WONDERFUL these ladies are. They accommodated my grandson at the last minute to make sure he felt confident on his first day of school (THANK YOU AGAIN).The skill level of the stylist is exceptional. She was able to fix his hair after a not so great experience at a different salon. He was actually smiling as we left.To add an extra layer to our experience, the establishment is so cozy, clean, and welcoming. And, has the sweetest receptionist...an absolute delightful lil lady.So grateful to have found this salon. God is great 🙏

I just returned home after receiving a scalp facial from Anna. Holy moly, so THIS is what has been missing from my life! Anna showed me a video of what my scalp looked like both before and after the treatment. The difference between the two is astounding! Anna have me the most amazing scalp facial!I’ve been struggling with a dry scalp and tried other salon scalp treatments with noluck, but she absolutely killed it! My scalp feels so much better and she even showed me the before and after on her little magnifier thing! No more flaking or itching!Plus it was so relaxing and felt so nice, and she explained everything so well! I loved it! I also got a cut and styling, both of which were exactly what I wanted! It’s so hard to find a good salon these days! I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve had such a great experience both times I’ve been here I felt compelled to leave this review. My wife initially heard about the beauty bar on facebook and made an appointment for herself (but had to cancel). I needed a haircut as well, and thought the story my wife told me about Lucy starting up her own salon was kinda cool so I went anyways. I was a little apprehensive initially about going to a beauty bar but both times it’s been an excellent experience. I’d recommend this place to any guy, ESPECIALLY if you’ve gotten ptsd from the chain salons we normally go to. The prices are excellent, and this is my spot from now on. Give it a try, I feel like you’ll be glad you did. 5 stars, would recommend

Lucy and her staff are always friendly, and readily to help as soon as you walk in the door. The tanning beds are always clean, and the bulbs are always in top notch condition and the red light therapy beds feel wonderful!! My daughters spray tan looked very natural and not streaky or orange looking at all!!

She is the sweetest person and truly so easy to talk to - genuine in conversation. She listened to what I wanted and helped me truly figure out what I wanted (you know, give her creative freedom and she delivered!). She styled my hair in such an adorable way that I wish I could pack her in my pocket and have her do it everyday. It has been a long time since I felt like I really connected with the person doing my hair so this was beyond refreshing. Looking forward to my next appointment with her!

Today was my first visit to The Beauty Bar and I loved it. The vibe is classy, the entire place is extremely clean, everyone was more than happy to be helpful. Beauty Bar by Lucy is something else! So many services offered in addition to fabulous stylists! I was there last week with my daughter. I’m eager to book my next haircut there too! The BEST! I have seen Lucy for close to 6 years and every-time I am over the moon with my hair. I have mixed up my shades of blonde and each time she nails it. The Beauty Bar & Salon is AMAZING and adds to the experience. I love getting my hair done by Lucy so much that I have moved states away but still only fly to GA to get my hair done.

This salon is amazing! Everything is new, and even though the place was bustling, it was spotless. Love the atmosphere and positive environment. I have had a hair transformation no one would believe. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the journey Brittney took my hair on.Before I found Brittney, my hair was in a terrible state. I had been heavily bleaching it for several years. It was damaged, brittle, and falling out at an alarming rate. I had tried countless products and treatments, but nothing seemed to help. It was at this point a friend referred me to Brittney.Brittney took the time to sit down and discuss my hair concerns. She listened, ask questions, and really seemed to care about restoring my hair. She made sure I understood how to care for my hair at home as well. I could see and feel the difference within no time. It became softer, shinier, and most important it stopped falling out. She truly has a gift when it comes to hair restoration.Today, I can proudly say that my hair is not only healthy but also long and thick. I did not think I would ever see my hair back this long again. And even without all the damage my color is perfect.I cannot recommend Brittney enough. She not only gave me back my hair but more importantly she repaired the self-esteem I had lost. I only wish I would have taken before and after pictures to show the amazing work she did!

WOW! The only word to describe Beauty Bar & Salon by Lucy. This place is beautiful!! Brittney Taylor is my hairstylist and she ALWAYS does a fantastic job with my hair. After my hair was cut/styled, she showed me around the salon. They have red light therapy beds, spray tans, and tanning beds.The red light therapy bed had me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back soon!

I was met with welcoming smiles and greetings upon entering. The atmosphere is open and airy and just beautiful! I was also able to take advantage of the Wellness Cocoon. It was 15 minutes of massage and heat and felt fantastic! I slept great last night!! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get pampered!

Always love my fresh cut and color with Brittney, and add a session with the new red light therapy bed…AMAZING!!! I feel so relaxed and calm. After being on my feet all day and only 20 minutes in the red light bed, my legs and back are not as tight and it helped me unwind to promote a deeper sleep for the evening. Wow! What a difference!

Anna Black invited me to the salon today to see what's new. I had a 20 minute relaxing experience in the Wellness Cocoon which was a perfect end to a long workday on my feet. It calms you completely with a relaxing massage and soothing hum. I actually felt my circulation improve.The whole salon is so clean and fresh looking. What a great addition to this area. I encourage you to come by and visit for a full salon experience. Anna was informative, professional and friendly. I give Beauty Bar and A+ and 5 stars!!

You not only get an amazing haircut from a great hairstylist but the salon offers some amazing services.I took advantage of the Wellness Therapy Cocoon and it was wonderful! I plan to try the Red light Therapy Booth next time. They have tanning beds, spray tans and more. A shout out to Paris for the tour of the salon and explaining all the amenities! I had never heard of a wellness cocoon! I DEFINITELY recommend this salon! Shout out to Lucy the owner for bringing this state of the art salon to Cartersville!!

*UPDATE*I finally decided to try hair services here!! Haileigh gave me extensions to die for! I came in with color that was poorly matched to extensions that were not working for me- she took me to a whole new level! I’m super grateful. Vibe here is still amazing!ORIGINAL - I went in to check out the VersaPro!! Lucy was incredibly nice. She took the time to make sure I knew what I was doing and didn’t tan my face which was super important to me!! She even called her rep to make sure I was covered!!!
