Cancellation Policy
•Effective August 1, 2025•
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Day of cancellation reschedules, no calls, and no shows will be charged with 100% of the service that was scheduled.
If you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of your scheduled services before rescheduling.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, adjustments may have to be made to your appointment.
